In the heart of Venice
The hotel location is unique thanks to its proximity to the major places of interest in the town; infact, St Mark’s Square is only 50 metres away, and La Fenice Theatre is only 5 minutes’ walk from the Campo.
The main Venetian streets, called Calli, which wind all around this area, charm the visitors with their attractive colourful shop windows (Calle dei Fabbri, Procuratie, Mercerie, Frezzeria, Calle Larga XXII Marzo, Rialto).
The hotel can be very easily reached, should you travel by car, by train or plane, as it is near San Marco pier, no. 15, where all public transport means arrive from Piazzale Roma, the railway station, the Tronchetto car park and the Marco Polo airport.
Furthermore we provide a coupon entitling our guests to a discount (generally of 20%) on ordinary rates for parking in “Garage San Marco” at Piazzale Roma.
As the hotel is located in an old building, the lift is not available.
How to reach us
From the Venice Marco Polo Airport
Once you have left the airplane, after a short walk you
will reach the “Alilaguna” boat service www.alilaguna.it
, which provides regular shuttle service (every 30
minutes) from the Marco Polo airport, meeting the
arrivals of the main national and international flights.
The dock is only a few meters from St. Mark’s Square
(lenght of the journey 1 hour and 10 minutes) . Then,
with the Basilica behind you, walk down the arcade on
the right-hand side of the Square. After the Caffè
Quadri turn into the second street on your right
(Sottoportego Cavalletto) up to Campo San Gallo and our
Hotel.
In alternative, once outside the arrivals gate, you
could take different bus companies to the bus station of
Venice “Piazzale Roma” – The less expensive is the bus
number 5 of the company ACTV www.actv.it (lenght of the
journey 30 minutes) – The other companies are more
expensive but sometimes faster offering shuttle
services.

scheduled ATVO buses www.atvo.it
From Piazzale Roma or Tronchetto’s
Area
After got-off by a bus or after leaving your car in one
of the parking lots in the area, you can use the ACTV
www.actv.it public waterbus (line 2) that leaves every
10 minutes, taking you along the Grand Canal to St.
Mark’s Square (lenght of the journey 30 minutes) . Once
you reach the Square, with the Basilica behind you, walk
down the arcade on the right-hand side of the Square.
After the Caffè Quadri turn into the second street on
your right (Sottoportego Cavalletto) up to Campo San
Gallo and our Hotel.
From the Santa Lucia train station
Outside the station, you will find right in front of you
the ACTV public waterbus stop www.actv.it Take line no
2. The waterbuses leave every 12 minutes, taking you
along the Grand Canal to St. Mark’s Square. Once you
reach the Square, with the Basilica behind you, walk
down the arcade on the right-hand side of the Square.

your right (Sottoportego Cavalletto) up to Campo San
Gallo and our Hotel.
From the Harbour/Port – Cruise Terminal “Stazione
Marittima”
You can use the “Alilaguna” www.alilaguna.it , company
of public waterbus that leaves every 30 minutes, taking
you St. Mark’s Square (lenght of the journey 25
minutes). Once you reach the Square, with the Basilica
behind you, walk down the arcade on the right-hand side
